Flowers in my Footsteps.         Jeannie Brunskill           

It was hardly surprising to me, or anyone really, that I should become an artist, spending my entire early life surrounded by drawing boards, art materials and sketches from my father’s successful life as an interior designer. I always had dreams of being an artist, travelling the world with my sketchbook and paints.

 

Most of my life I have lived in the countryside and as a child spent hours collecting flowers to draw and press. I now live on the Cranborne Chase in Dorset, where I work from my studio, walk in the countryside near my home and use this as my inspiration.
